Platform Construction and their owner Mr. Ryan Jones are wonderful. It’s nice to know there are still honest, hard working people with integrity still available in the roofing industry. After our home was damaged by a severe hail storm they provided a high quality service all around, from inspection, pricing, working with our insurance company to make sure the insurance covered their part, even including a good job cleaning up, and they didn’t cut any corners. I had never really paid attention to roofs before. Now when I drive through the neighborhood I have a sense of pride because my roof looks so much better than my neighbors!

Xavier was very professional and was totally committed to providing the most outstanding customer service despite all of my high maintenance requests. Platform Construction worked on my friend’s roof after a major hail storm. She was very pleased with their work and she recommended them to me. I spoke with Ryan and he came out at our convenience and took a look at our roof. He was thorough in his inspection and brought a folder with lots of information about his company and different roofing options. We told him we were interested in energy efficiency and he had several recommendations for us. We settled on a Decra roof with an insulation in between. It looks awesome! Any time we had questions Ryan was prompt in returning emails, texts, or phone calls. He is very knowledgeable. He worked with the insurance company and made it easy for us. The only problem we had was one of the demo crews ran over one of my husband’s special plants in our yard that he had been babying. We spoke with Ryan about it and he replaced it with a similar sized plant. My husband has been having health issues and they were flexible with us in making several payments due to him not being able to work. I appreciate their understanding of our situation. I would recommend this company to my friends or anyone who is looking for help trying to select and install a new roof.
